After using iPad 2 for a long time, I felt this product is light years ahead of ipad..
Here is a short list of what advantage you have over iPad with Xoom…
1. You have USB mass storage(Which iPad lacks)
2. You can have full resolution photos (on Ipad iTunes reduces the size while syncing)
3. You dont have to use any software to “SYNC” like on iPad. on Tab you Just drag and drop any file from Windows Explorer.
4. Unlike iPad.. Android supports FULL multitasking and you have “DESKTOP” with live Widgets (Which apple can only dream of)
5. It plays more music file formts and video formats than iPad you dont have to sit and CONVERT videos to get it to play.
6. MOST IMPORTANT… The Bluetooth works perfectly for sending and receiving any files with PC, Laptop and my phone. On my iPad bluetooth just does NOT work for sending files! Which is really irritating
7. Its ANDROID in my case i consider much better than Apple’s IOS.. Android 3.1 waay ahead of the current generation of IOS in terms of features….
8. Its screen aspect ratio is better than the iPad 2, on iPad to video playback has black boreders, in this there is no such problem.
All said and done.. its much better than iPad 2 and i would recommend this tablet than the apple iPad. Also do take a look at Motorola Xoom, its also a good tablet
